SiX is the new event aimed at security systems installers and integrators. Being held on 5-6th November at Event City in Manchester the show comprises an exhibition, workshops and dedicated seminars plus a security industry Question Time on the first day
SiX is aimed at UK installers/integrators and is supported by NSI, SSAIB, FIA, FSA and the BSIA. All of the exhibitors at the event are looking to build relationships with engineers and businesses that specialise in electronic security technology.
The free-to-attend seminars have been developed to provide installers with the information they want to hear rather than a series of manufacturer-led product presentations or government-level subjects of no real relevance to the audience. Compiled by PSI and Benchmark magazines the presentations will focus on growing installation businesses and recognising smarter approaches to security.
Sure to be of widespread interest will be the CTSP Workshop running throughout the event as Kevin Matthew, CTSP Registrar explains:
“The primary aim of the CTSP workshop at SiX is to encourage visitors to engage in a ‘hands-on’ experience with the latest equipment and technology products from manufacturers exhibiting at SIX for themselves. We also want to create opportunities for professional networking across all of CTSP’s technical security sectors, so security professionals can exchange ideas, ask questions and bring the security community closer together as a whole.”
