George Zitko has worked in recruitment for 20 years starting in secretarial recruitment in the City before first moving into the security industry with market leading firm Oasis. After a successful 6 years George joined BT to head up the external arm of their in-house IT recruitment business Red and Blue. The structured environment within BT coupled with the demanding nature of IT recruitment inspired George to marry a high-quality recruitment service with the electronic security industry. In 2008 Zitko Consulting was born. The ambition for the business is simple.
