With over 17 years in the security industry, Simon has worked with two leading intruder alarm manufacturers; supporting installation companies and their engineers within the UK and around the globe. Joining Pyronix in early 2013, as an Account Manager within the East Midlands, the company’s keen focus on support and training for professional alarm installers - whilst working closely alongside security distributors - has seen the business go from strength to strength. With the advances of app-based security systems and the purchase of Pyronix by Hikvision in 2016, the focus has adapted to include visual surveillance and a whole new customer base. Passionate about security and adept at communicating ideas, Simon has taken on additional responsibility throughout the UK. His support of new and existing installers alike, with training across all aspects of the industry, has seen him become a regular face at security events. More recently involved in market analysis and new product specification, Simon continues to demonstrate his enthusiasm for security and the emerging technology trends in this fast-paced industry.
